EeePad Transformer by Asus – Close, almost a cigar . . .

Asus is a highly innovative manufacturer of desktop, laptop and tablet PCs.

I am impressed with the EeePad Transformer – it’s a laptop one moment and a tablet PC the next. Chances are it will suit the needs of many.

What’s missing?  A pen, and a carrying handle for tablet PC mode, that’s about it.

Will I buy one?  Probably not, as I have been spoiled with my Asus G73JH 17 inch, twin exhaust, 8.5 pound monster that practically lets you run more applications that you can keep track of.  The G73JH is actually a gaming machine and I am surprised to see how many non-gamers have bought and use this machine as their main computer.

If you’re in the market for a laptop/tablet, take your time and look at the many, many options that are available before you hand over your hard-earned cash.
